Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act - CCIOA

The Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association (EMHA) is part of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA).  CCIOA requires their associations adopt nine fundamental and mandatory policies as described in the following documents .

Below are those nine mandatory policy documents of which 7 have been board approved.  The remaining 2 policies are still under review and will be updated where approved.
