Well the time has come where we are back in the saddle of learning! It is so great seeing familiar faces as well as meeting new ones!  

Introduction: Our first SEL tier 1 lesson will be an introduction to me, Mrs. Gray the school Counselor. I give information about myself and what a school Counselor does.  Letting all the students know that I am here for them, to support them in all aspects of school life! 

Classroom Charter: We will be creating a charter for our classrooms. This is the first tool from the RULER Program.  Students will decide as a class how they want to feel when they come to school. Happy, Included, Safe, Smart. Then they will come up with what they can do each day as they come to school to help support those feelings for themselves and their classmates.  This will be hung on the walls to remind them of their promises.
