Who are we?
At Embracing Self Counseling & Consultation, we are committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward deeper self-connection, authenticity, and healing. We believe in creating a space where you feel seen, valued, and supported as you learn to embrace your worth, nurture meaningful relationships, and build a life rooted in community and self-trust.
Our practice is grounded in cultural humility, ongoing self-reflection, and a strong commitment to anti-oppressive values. We recognize the unique and complex challenges faced by those living at the intersections of marginalized identities—whether you are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, larger-bodied, feminine-identified, neurodiverse, or hold other identities often excluded or devalued by dominant systems. Your experiences are valid, and your healing is not only possible, but powerful.
We understand that choosing to heal is a radical and courageous act—especially in a world that may have questioned your humanity, your worth, or your right to take up space. In our work together, we aim to offer a non-performative, affirming environment where you can explore freely, grow intentionally, and cultivate self-compassion and resilience.
You don’t have to do this alone. We’re here to support you in stepping into your unapologetic authenticity and embracing the liberation that comes with it.
