Who are we?
We are a micro-school based in Denver, Colorado. We have taken a new approach to education in America, with small class sizes and interactive learning in our bike shop and coffee shop.
What are we doing here?
What are we doing here?
Working with the Colorado School of Mines, we have taken the first step to fight climate change. We have created this website to raise awareness about your household's carbon footprint. We spent weeks researching ways to reduce our carbon footprint, as well as recording data from our homes. We did this to learn how to reduce our carbon footprint and so we had criteria to make better suggestions to the community.
Where Are We?
Where Are We?
We are based in the Highlands of Denver, where Pinwheel Coffee and Framework Cycles reside. We work with Pinwheel Coffee to create specialty drinks, learn to make coffee, and learn customer service skills. At Framework, we are learning physics and engineering skills from the anatomy of a bike, learning to restock items, and customer service. We are also learning how to repair bikes for our community.
