EM Associate Limited is an international development projects partner in Zambia and a specialised monitoring evaluation and learning consultancy firm with a focus on third-party monitoring and management, assessment and evaluation, and executing agency of international development projects.
Experienced in providing specialised consultancy services and technical advice to government departments, and nongovernmental organisations (NGOs) that work with UKAID, UNICEF, UNHCR, EU, KOICA, AfDB, SIDA, Czech Republic, Finland, Comic Relief and USAID-funded projects. Our team members are experts in the areas of policy development, project management, programme formulation, implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation, data management, capacity building, and value for money (VfM) analysis.
We have qualified and skilled experts in social behavioural change (SBC), behavioural economics (BE), human-centred design (HCD), and collaborative learning and adaptation (CLA). Experienced in conducting formative research, market research, and rapid and mini-surveys.
Key thematic areas and sectors of experience include water and sanitation, health and nutrition, education, child protection, agriculture, rural development and renewable energy (focus on off-grid energy), and business growth for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Zambia.
