Rube Goldberg

Storyboard

For this project, I wanted to create a Rube Goldberg that included commonly found objects. I incorporated dominoes, a ramp, a wooden paddle that rotates around a hinge, pegs, and a few cups. The pegs were meant to turn the animation into a guessing game for the viewer so that they couldn't figure out which cup the ball would land in.

Five Moving Objects

1. The first ball rolls down a board

2. The black dominoes knock over

3. The second ball rolls down a ramp

4. The wooden paddle spins

5. The ball bounces around on wooden pegs and into one of the three cups
