For my project 3, I decided to do a spin off of the bouncing ball tutorial (as I was having trouble importing the Cannon and Orb I originally wanted) I may make some edits if I'm allowed to and actually make it a cannonball.
Below are three sketch boards I created to show my animation. They describe how my animation will flow. I wanted to display the bouncing ball, and then have the plane rotate out of the way, then show a comedic fast fall out of the frame.
The three principles I used were Squash and Stretch, Anticipation, and Follow Though and Overlapping Action(Drag). I used Squash and Stretch as the ball hit the ground with each bounce. At the end of the bouncing process, I used Anticipation as you see the panel slowly tilt then quickly fall, leaving the orb completely still just before free fall. Afterwards, I used Follow Through/ Dragging as the ball fell; the top of the ball doesn't fall as fast as the rest of it does at first, then snaps into place a few frames later.
