LODGING & PARKING

Negotiated room blocks are available for registered attendees at the conference venue and overflow hotel. It is the responsibility of the attendee to secure and manage their own hotel reservation. Failure to adhere to the hotel's reservation cancellation deadline will result in charges to the guest's credit card. 

Parking at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center:

• Onsite daily parking: Self-park $12; Valet $20

Shuttle service runs continuously between the self-parking lot and the main hotel entrance from 8:00 am - 11:30 am & 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm

• Onsite overnight parking: Self-park $18; Valet $28

• Handicap parking:  The handicap parking lot is in the bus lot behind the Roanoke Ballroom. Guests may park directly in the handicap lot or go to the valet station at the front hotel circle, and valet will park their car complimentary. 

Offsite Parking:

• Offsite parking: Gainsboro Garage – $8/day max

Daily Rate:   $178.50 plus 13.3% taxes. A $20 nightly charge will be applied for each additional occupant in the room. Please note - this rate was adjusted as a result of the GSA per diem rate lowering for Roanoke effective 10/1/2024. 

• VCCS Employees only: When completing your Chrome River pre-approval, enter the following text in the higher lodging compliance warning response box: "VCCS negotiated conference rate with master pre-approval on file with SSC."
