Adjunct Faculty Instructions:
1. Click the link in your email.
2. Log in with your MyBRCC userid and Password.
3. Select the Institution.
4. Select the Term.
5. Review the details in the contract.
6. Enter any comments you wish to make.
7. Click “Submit”
If the contract you submitted needs to be edited, the College will make the necessary edits and then Recycle it back to you via your college issued email account. Click the link in your email, log in with your MyBRCC credentials, review the contract, Click “Resubmit”.
You will be contacted via your college email account once your contract is completely signed and approved.
Syllabus Upload Process:
Step 1: Enroll in the Canvas course
· Click this link to enroll: https://learn.vccs.edu/enroll/AGFJFF
· If you have not enrolled previously, follow the prompts to join the course titled Adjunct Faculty
Association (AdFA).
· Once enrolled, select Go to Course.
That’s it—enrollment is complete!
Note: After you close the course, it will not automatically appear on your Canvas Dashboard with your teaching courses. To access the course later:
1. Open your Canvas Dashboard.
2. Select Courses from the left menu.
3. Click All Courses at the top.
4. Select Adjunct Faculty Association (AdFA) from the list.
