• Chrome River questions can always be vetted through the Shared Services Center. They can be reached directly at (877) 340-5577.

• When completing your Chrome River pre-approval, enter the following text in the higher lodging compliance warning response box: "VCCS negotiated conference rate with master pre-approval on file with SSC."

• Individual rooms are $155 per night with a 13.3% tax assessed. Historically, attendees will sometimes inflate this number in their pre-approval to ensure that the total cost is covered, should any additional fees not be initially assessed.

• Invoices/folios will be available at check out, and if your room is included in this year's DBA process with HRCC, your college will be billed directly. The colleges will then individually determine which rooms are billed to which account.

• Please remember to label all property/items brought to be used for the conference.

• For the cornhole tournament, please label both boards and bags with your college name.
