How do I register my school for the event? Do I have to register individual students?
The registration form can be found on the registration page of this site. You can also register via this link iet.novastem.us/CareerDayHS.
Each person attending the event will need to register separately. It's imperative that we have the registration information to make sure students are able to have the best experience possible!
Once you've registered, you will be contacted to confirm your attendance. Individuals that register for the event after we have reached capacity will be notified that we cannot accommodate their attendance to the event due to capacity.
Is this an event you want us to promote to ALL grades, 9-12th?
This event would be better suited for seniors and juniors. We recognize that all students would benefit from the exposure to an event like this, so all are welcome.
How soon do we need to get numbers to you?
As soon as you have them.
What time does the event start?
The time of each event can be found on the page for each event. You can navigate to those pages from the home page or the drop down menu found on the far left side of the page.
How many students from each school would be allowed to attend each campus event?
The number of students and chaperones allowed at each event can be found on the page for each event. You can navigate to those pages from the home page or the drop down menu found on the far left side of the page.

Are Chaperones required and what is the student to adult ratio?
Chaperones are required if your district requires a certain amount of supervision of students on field trips.
Will transportation be provided by NOVA, or does each school have to arrange our own buses? Has our admin approved of you all providing transportation?
NOVA is not providing transportation to the event. Therefore, there has not been a discussion or approval with your district administration to attend this event. Each school is expected to secure their own transportation to and from the event. The cost associated with transportation will be reimbursed by the event organizers.
How do we get reimbursed for the mileage and bus driver?
At the event, ensure that the event organizer is aware they will be receiving an invoice from you/your school. Please upload all associated invoices for bus mileage and bus driver costs to this google drive folder https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1rrTymiu_OCgW6Bb7FLoOyr4BCERf-TEC?usp=sharing.
What are the lunch options? Is there halal, kosher, and/or vegetarian options?
We intend to provide lunch for as many dietary needs as we can. Every food option will be clearly marked.
