【建構整合式臨床檢驗(查)危急值照護教育平台以提升離院病人返院治療】

臨床檢驗(查)危急值追蹤依據臨床作業風險要求提列60項臨床檢驗危急值(例如,嚴重高血糖或低血糖(葡萄糖glucose ≧600mg/dL或≦40mg/dL),高血鉀或低血鉀(K≧6.2mmol/L或≦2.5mmol/L)或經由放射影像顯示的主動脈剝離和氣胸)。針對9,336位病人臨床檢驗(查)危急值通知(52.6%住院病人,5.5%門診病人,41.9%急診病人),有15.6%是離院病人。2020年出院患者在5天內召回率僅有56.5%,主要問題在負責的醫療團隊未能有效離院病人掌握病人完整醫療及聯絡資訊,來通知及提供照護教育給病人返院追蹤治療。
【高等教育對環境永續議題之認知落差分析】

⾃聯合國2015年宣布「2030永續發展⽬ 」(Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs) 以來,永續環境議題受到世界關注。近年來,多數國家的教育政策已呼應 SDGs 之⽬標,提供學校及教師永續議題以融入教學指引 (Saini et al., 2023; Acosta et al., 2020)。其中,許多文獻已針對高等教育進⾏永續發展的影響及重要性研究(Findler et al., 2019; Leal Filho et al., 2018)。然而,較少文獻針對不同⾼等教育程度對永續環境議題的認知程度進⾏研究。因此,本研 的主要貢獻為:(1) 檢視不同⾼等教育程度重視環境議題的認知差異及⾯向,補⾜此研究⽅向之不⾜。 (2) 評估永續議題在⾼等教育中的成果,針對較少關注的議題提供教學⽅向建議。
本研究將探討以下假設:(1) ⾼等教育程度越⾼的⼈,可能越不重視永續環境議題。 (2) 多數⼈較在乎節約能源議題,勝過於其他議題。 (3)⾼中畢業⽣可能更關注與⽇常⽣活有關的永續環境議題,如⽔資源和節約能源。
【Improving pharmacists’ professional skills using the ADDIE teaching model: taking prefilled injection pens as an example】

In modern drug administration, prefilled pens, especially prefilled insulin pens and prefilled GLP-1 pens(Figure 1), have become the mainstream. These pens, equipped with rotating scales and button mechanisms, allow diabetic patients to use insulin more reliably. With the increasing prevalence of prefilled pens in medical prescriptions, the role of pharmacists has become particularly important. They not only need to master the operation techniques of various prefilled pens but also determine appropriate injection sites and be able to rotate injections among different body parts. Additionally, knowledge of medication preservation is indispensable. To enhance the professional skills of pharmacists in this area, our pharmacy department has adopted the ADDIE teaching model. Using prefilled pens as an example, we've developed a comprehensive educational guidance plan aimed at improving the professional competence of pharmacists and elevating the quality of pharmaceutical care.
【Exploration of Key Column Analysis Methods in Medical Databases: Harnessing RFE for Medical Insights】

Within the extensive and complex medical systems, there is a vast repository of patient data, which could significantly influence disease treatment and health analytics. Given the broad spectrum of expertise in the medical field, identifying critical factors affecting specific diseases or treatments from existing data poses a challenge. This study applies the theory of Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) to medical databases to identify pivotal columnsand reviews related literature across multiple domains to comprehend the potential and practice of RFE. The studyshows that RFE can unveil unexpected influencing factors, thereby offering new insights and value for medical decision-making.

In recent years, many studies and articles have pointed out that common chronic diseases in the elderly (such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.) are risk factors for sarcopenia [1], and sarcopenia is prone to lead to functional impairment and disability [2]. Currently, the treatment of sarcopenia generally includes three directions: drug therapy, exercise therapy, and nutritional therapy [3]. Baduanjin, a set of exercises originating from ancient China for promoting health and fitness. [4]Baduanjin consists of eight movements and has been confirmed as a low to moderate aerobic exercise, with research also indicating its effectiveness for sarcopenia patients [5]. This study explores the effectiveness of Baduanjin exercises forsarcopenia patients in Taiwan through a randomized controlled trial.
