環境毒物與微生物生態研究室（Lab of Environmental Contaminants and Microbial Ecology，簡稱 Lab of ECME）核心技術為：土壤微生物生態解析、農藥與環境污染物偵測、功能性微生物篩選與土壤理化性質分析。

過往研究主題涵蓋微生物農藥與微生物肥料開發、草生栽培對農藥環境命運、農藥混合施用對微生物族群的影響，以及塑膠微粒污染對土壤微生物生態的變異等。

近年來，實驗室以發展微生物生態與土壤酵素生態資訊系統，以及開發環境友善型農藥與除草劑為目標，結合基礎研究與應用技術開發，致力於為永續農業與環境修復提供科學依據與創新策略。歡迎有志於此領域的同學加入我們，一同探索環境毒物與微生物生態交互作用世界的奧秘。

The Lab of Environmental Contaminants and Microbial Ecology (Lab of ECME) specializes in soil microbial ecology, detection of pesticides and environmental contaminants, screening of functional microorganisms, and analysis of soil physicochemical properties. 

Our previous research topics include the development of microbial pesticides and biofertilizers, the environmental fate of pesticides under cover cropping systems, the effects of pesticide mixtures on microbial communities, and the impact of plastic microplastic pollution on soil microbial ecology. 

In recent years, our laboratory has aimed to develop microbial and soil enzyme ecology information systems, and to design environmentally friendly pesticides and herbicides. 

By integrating fundamental research with applied technology development, we are committed to providing scientific foundations and innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture and environmental restoration.
