Medfield High School maintains student clubs and organizations in three different categories:

Clubs: Clubs are open to all students, and enrollment/membership can be fluid throughout the year.

Student Organizations: these include student government/student council and other affiliations where students are elected and/or apply for membership.

Interscholastic Clubs/Programs: MHS maintains several groups/teams that compete interscholastically, in addition to school-based meetings/initiatives.
