Club Information
- General Club meetings are open to all members and should be communicated in advance.
- Most clubs meet at least 2-3 times per month. Club leaders are encouraged to take notes at meetings.
- Each club should keep a club roster and a list of meeting dates. Attendance should be taken at each club meeting for record-keeping purposes. Here is an example.
- Club advisors should be present at all club meetings
- Club dues should be collected and given to the main office. Checks for $25 should be made out to the Town of Medfield.
- Any plans to serve food need to be cleared by the school nurse.
- Permission slips are required for field trips.
- Club advisors will communicate with students via school email or school-based apps such as Remind and Google Chat.

- All flyers need to be approved and signed by Mrs. Hagan.
- Please use blue painter's tape to hang flyers in the building
- Consider posting events on social media as well.
