We can’t thank you enough for agreeing to present at DLD on March 26th. THIS PAGE has the same information that was sent out in an email to presenters and co-presenters for both types of sessions: live AND pre-recording/on-demand.
There are three sections below - one for ALL presenters, one for LIVE presenters and one for PRE-RECORD presenters, so please refer to the sections that apply to you.

ALL PRESENTERS
The following information applies to ALL presenters:
Shortly after you receive this email you will receive an invite to be a speaker on our DLD Sched site. Please accept the invitation and make sure you can log-in to our Sched site.
Please locate your session in Sched; if your session title has a black background and has #OnDemand at the end of the title, that means your session will be pre-recorded. All other sessions that are scheduled are Live. If your session type is not what you expected, please let us know ASAP.
Since the conference is virtual, it is really important that you update your Sched profile with a photo and a description if you do not already have one.

We have loaded your session title and description into Sched. If you want to update your session description at any time, simply log into Sched and click on the link at the top of the page where it says ‘Manage and Promote Your Session’. If you want to make a change to the title of your session, please email us and we will do that for you.
Around March 10th, the Sched site will go live and people will be able to register to attend the conference, so we need all changes to descriptions and titles made prior to then. Even though you were manually added to Sched, we will still need you to register for the conference when that link becomes available.
The Sched site is still a work in progress, so bear with us if things do not look perfect just yet. Please do not share the Sched site with colleagues just yet until our registration goes live.
Make sure you follow the DLDMedfield twitter account for all the latest and greatest about the conference, including keynote information and a HUGE announcement coming Friday.
PRESENTERS: LIVE SESSIONS ONLY
Please note the time of your LIVE session in Sched. If this time does not work for you, please let us know ASAP so we can reschedule.
We will be recording all of our live presentations so that if our staff cannot make a session Live they will be able to access it in the next few months.
The DLD team will be creating Zoom links for ALL live presenters; these links will be shared out a few days prior to the conference. Once in the Zoom, presenters will be given Host privileges so they can share screen, etc. Your sessions will also have a moderator to help you out with the chat and any other issues.
Live sessions should plan to be no more than 45 minutes
PRESENTERS: PRE-RECORD SESSIONS ONLY
The following information ONLY applies to PRE-RECORD presenters:
Your pre-recorded session should be between 15 and 30 minutes
You can record your session on any tool that works for you (Screencast tool, Zoom, Meet, whatever). Please submit your videos by March 19th.
When completed, please share your video link with us in this form. If you are sharing your video from Drive, please make sure that the setting is so that ‘Anyone on the internet with this link can view’
