Expectations & Standards

The Honor Code delineates the expectations and standards for academic and personal conduct, outlining the principles that govern our interactions within the law school community. It encompasses but is not limited to: 

• Prohibiting plagiarism, cheating, and any form of academic dishonesty.

• Encouraging a culture of mutual trust and collaboration.

• Promoting responsible and respectful behavior in all interactions.

Enforcement & Consequences

The Honor Code establishes procedures for reporting and adjudicating violations, emphasizing a fair and transparent process. Sanctions for violations may include academic penalties, community service, or other measures aimed at promoting reflection and growth. 

Reporting Mechanisms

To maintain the integrity of our community, reporting mechanisms are in place to allow individuals to report suspected violations confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
