- Expectations
- Meet approximately once per month for 1-2 hours through one academic year.
- Attend group mentor-mentee events approximately once per semester.
- Communicate openly and honestly. Maintain confidentiality.

- Both mentees and mentors will be provide tips for making the mentee-mentor relationship a success.
- What does a mentor meeting look like?
- Talking over coffee or lunch.
- Inviting your mentee to the office to see the project you are working on.
- Inviting your mentee to a project meeting, a public meeting, a professional meeting, or seminar or conference.
- Shadowing a mentor for a half or full day.
- Inviting your mentor to a campus event, i.e., academic, social, athletic, or fine arts.
