GOOGLE FORMS

Google Forms = Quizzes/Surveys/etc.

• The LDRV program sometimes uses Google Quizzes to assess things across classes so students don't need to repeat assessments.
• Using these forms for any other purpose (surveys, etc.) will work just like a Quiz does, so feel free to follow the same instructions.

REMINDER: MULTIPLE GOOGLE ACCOUNTS

To access private UA materials you will have to login to Google Apps using your UA Account information. This can be confusing if you have another Google account, but it's really very easy once you get the hang of it. All you have to do is access your profile up in the top right and switch! (You will need to enter your full UA email address into the username area if you are not yet logged in with that account.)

Google has many excellent tutorials available online to help you make efficient use of all of their applications, and they usually have a walk through of features available in video format as well.
