Unfortunately, students routinely have unpredictable Zoom issues and your professors cannot fix them for you. A few things to check if you have trouble:
Try logging in at https://arizona.zoom.us with your UA SSO and only then clicking our link, be sure to update Zoom ahead of time as well after logging in (sometimes you're logged in as the wrong user/person, etc.)
Log out/log back in - Honestly, 90% of the time if I have issues, I can log out and then open an incognito window in Chrome and log back in to the meeting from there and everything works.

You can also try to join via phone as a last resort, sometimes for some reason that works when nothing else does!
