The 2024-25 school year will be my 14th year teaching at Elwood School.  This year I will again be teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade science.  I earned my Bachelor's of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Illinois in 2001.  I continued on my own education career and earned my Masters of Education degree from Roosevelt University in 2005.  I am extremely excited to bring new science inquiry  to the classroom!

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going to the zoo & museums with my family, and doing messy experiments!  Everyday is a new day for exploration & discovery!
