DAILY HW

• usually a page from chapter packet

• usually due the next day

• graded based on effort, NOT accuracy!

• reviewed in class daily, late hw is NOT accepted

• seen in gradebook each quarter as HW Q#

• start with a 100 homework average, points will be deducted per missing homework assignment

  • 0 pts deducted if assignment is completed on time

  • 2 pts deducted if assignment is partially completed on time

  • 4 pts deducted if assignment is not completed

  • 2 stickers can be used as a homework pass

GRADED HW

• usually a google form, google doc, recorded voice memo, quizizz, flipgrid (accessed on google classroom)

• given 2 days to complete

• graded based on accuracy -- whatever score is earned is the score that is put in gradebook

• student can resubmit homework as many times until they are satisfied with their grade

• not usually reviewed in class, teacher provides individual feedback to student

• seen in gradebook as a SEPARATE grade from the quarterly homework average

• late homework is accepted, however points are deducted due to lateness

• stickers CANNOT be used as a homework pass

• if assignment is not completed, a zero is inputted in gradebook until student submits work
