Digital Citizenship
This year district wide, the school media specialists in each of the schools were asked to participate in a Digital Literacy and Citizenship Program from Common Sense Media.
Here at James H. Boyd, Mrs. Kossowsky leads a three month program addressing key issues facing kids in today’s digital world. This curriculum empowers students to think critically, behave safely and participate responsibly in our digital world. Eight categories addressed are:

Privacy & Security
Relationships & Communication
Cyberbullying
Digital Footprint & Reputation
Self-Image & Identity
Information Literacy
