Lift tickets

• Lift tickets will be purchased with your rooms BEFOREHAND by us to get the best rate (the ticket costs double if you purchase it at the ticket booth). The ticket fee is supported by Fujihara Foundation only if you register the ticket beforehand by the Google form upon registration. The tickets are NOT refundable, changeable and sellable.

Rentals

• Please bring your own gear if you have it. You can rent gear, but you will have to pay rental fee yourself.

• There is a ski rental shop on the 1st floor of the Building No.6 where you are staying. 46 on the floor map (https://www.princehotels.co.jp/naeba/files/fac_floormap.pdf) is the location of the Building No. 6 rental shop.

• No rentals available for goggles, gloves and toques. They are sold at shops in the hotel.

Sending your own gear to the hotel

• Sending your gear beforehand by Kuroneko-Yamato-takkyubin is highly recommended.

• Takkyubin counter is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the No. 6 Building, just next to the rental shop.

• Please send it a few days before the date you are going to ski.

• The Kuroneko Yamato Takkyu-bin counter is open 9 am to 4 pm everyday. Please go to the Building No.6 front desk when the counter is closed. Hotel clerk will open the counter and get your ski.

• On the shipping label, please write your name, Building No. 6, and the first date you are going to ski.

• If you try to input the above postal code 949-6292 (correct code for the hotel) at the Kuroneko Yamato Website, it will become an error. Please try 949-6212 in that case. You can proceed.
