What to bring: None. Please do not bring your valuables or wallet, there is no shop there. Please leave them in the safe in your room.
Rental bathtowel and facetowel will be provided at the hotspring
Registration needed
Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon. Please enjoy the hotspring AFTER lunch. We recommend that you do not overeat breakfast to enjoy this lunch.
A hidden gem (hot springs hotel)
This onsen hot springs in Yuzawa, Niigata, is a must-go place if you want to enjoy an authentic onsen hot springs. This place was ranked as one of the top three onsen hot springs in Japan in Nihon Keizai Shinbun Newspaper article. Easy access from Tokyo on the billet train plus taxi from Yuzawa station. The hotel building is wooden and very traditional, yet clean and beautiful. The onsen hot springs apparently has at least 400 years of history. Very friendly staff and healthy meals are wonderful. Highly recommended for everyone who enjoy peaceful time.

Tempura (shrimp, eggplant, pumpkin, green pepper, etc.) with grated radish

Please leave shrimp, salmon and sashimi if you are a vegetarian, and give them to your friends.

Please take off your underwear before you go into the bath area.
Please wash yourself well before getting into the bathtub. Please sit down for taking a shower, and do not waste water.
Please keep your towel out of the bathtub.
Please do not run in the bath area, and do not swim in the bathtub.
Please refrain from taking videos, photos or washing your clothes or underwear.
Please wipe yourself off before coming out of the dressing area.
