These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Padel Sindikat mobile application (the "App") operated by Padel Sindikat (the "Club"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when signing up. Sign-in is passwordless: you can log in with a one-time SMS code, or with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and linked accounts secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. New phone numbers are registered an account automatically on first sign-in.
2. Court bookings
The App lets you book indoor and outdoor courts in available time slots. Prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) before you confirm and are charged per slot as displayed. A booking is confirmed only once it appears as "Confirmed" in the App. You are responsible for arriving on time and checking in with the QR code provided for your booking.
Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled only up to 12 hours before the start time. Once inside the 12-hour window, cancellation is no longer available through the App; to request changes you must contact the Club directly. The Club may apply fees or forfeit payment for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Events, tournaments, leagues and clinics
The App allows you to join Club events such as tournaments, leagues and clinics, subject to available spots and any stated skill level or format. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. Event fees, schedules and rules are shown at the time of registration and may be set by the Club.
Loyalty program
You earn loyalty points through bookings, completed matches and events. Points determine your membership tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and associated benefits such as discounts, priority booking and reward redemptions. Points and tiers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and the Club may adjust the program, benefits or point values at any time.
6. Payments and pricing
All prices are displayed in the App before confirmation. The Club may change prices, availability and off-peak offers at any time. You agree to pay all charges associated with your bookings and event registrations.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App and Club facilities responsibly, to follow Club rules and staff instructions, and not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. The Club may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the App and live availability accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features, courts and events may change or become unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Club facilities. You participate in padel and Club activities at your own risk.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
