This Privacy Policy explains how Padel Sindikat ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Padel Sindikat mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
When you create an account and use the App, we may collect: your phone number (used for one-time SMS sign-in), your name and basic profile details, and, if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, the account identifier and email address those services share with us. We also collect information you generate while using the App, including court bookings, event registrations (tournaments, leagues and clinics), loyalty points and membership tier, check-in records, and your notification preferences.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to authenticate you and keep your account secure, process and manage court bookings and event registrations, generate check-in QR codes, operate the loyalty program and calculate points and tier status, and send you booking reminders, event news and account notifications. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the App.
Sign-in and authentication
Padel Sindikat uses passwordless sign-in. You can log in with a one-time SMS code sent to your phone number, or through Apple or Google sign-in. We do not store passwords. Authentication with Apple or Google is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App (for example, SMS delivery and hosting providers), with the club to fulfil your bookings and check-ins, and where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact Padel Sindikat directly.
Notifications
The App can send push notifications for booking reminders, event news and loyalty updates. You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age required by local law without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
