In our English class, we have also participated in the fruit trees project.
To begin, we focused on a simple but essential question: What do plants need to grow and stay healthy? This helped us build the foundation for all the activities that followed.
We answer this question by matching the names to the correct drawings on an individual worksheet. Through this activity, we learned that plants needs: soil, water, sunlight, and air.
After trhat, We reviewed the different parts of a plant by watching a video and playing a fun board game. Through this activity, students practiced the vocabulary in an engaging way, which helped them remember each part and its function more easily.
