修学状況報告書：受給期間中、２か月に１度の提出が必要です。前前月及び前月分の修学状況報告書を、偶数月の５日までに提出してください。報告書の提出が確認できれば、当該偶数月の２５日に、翌月分を含む２か月分の研究奨励費（生活費相当額）を支給します。
例：４月分・５月分の修学状況報告書を６月５日までに提出する
→６月２５日に６月分・７月分の研究奨励費（生活費相当額）が支給される
Study Status Report: It is necessary to submit once every two months during the support period. You shall submit the study status report for the month before last and last month by the 5th of each even-numbered month. If the submission of the report is confirmed, we will provide two months’ worth of research fellowship (equivalent to living expenses), including the next month, on the 25th of the corresponding even-numbered month.
Ex: Submit the April/May study status report by June 5
→ The June/July research fellowship (equivalent to living expenses) will be provided on June 25.

年度報告書：当該年度の学会発表、論文、産学連携、国際共同研究等について、毎年３月末日までに提出してください。
Annual Report: It is necessary to submit by the end of March each year on the academic presentations, papers, industry-academia collaboration, international joint research, etc. of the relevant year.
