If you find yourself in a situation where you need to decline the fellowship, please complete the procedure below as soon as possible.

※様式をダウンロードの上、以下のメールアドレス宛に提出してください。/ *Please download the format and submit it to the email address below.

※[AT]を@に変換してください。/ Replace [AT] with @.

ただし、既に受給している方が３月末に辞退する場合は、別途提出期限と様式を設定します。近くなりましたらELMS内でお知らせします。

However, if current recipients wish to decline the fellowship at the end of March, a separate deadline and form will be set. Details will be notified on ELMS when it gets closer.
