Molecular Enzymology laboratory is managed by Prof. Okuyama, Assist. Prof. Tagami and some staffs.

Our laboratory belongs to Department of Applied Science in School of Agriculture for bachelor course and Frontiers in Biosciences in Graduate school of Agriculture for master/doctor courses. Typically around 10 undergraduate students and 10 graduate students are engaged in research every year.

The Molecular Enzymology Laboratory holds seminars twice a week (journal club and research-progress report) and group meetings once a week (to report on short-term progress and correct course corrections). All members including the professors work in the same room, so we can start discussion at any time.
