Both early-bird and on-site attendee will need to register at the Hall. The reception will give you a certificate of participation, receipt, and abstract book.

You can use eduroam at Hokkaido University. If you have an account, please use it.

If you do not have an eduroam account, you can use the temporary network. You will need to sign a guest ID notification form, so please ask at the reception desk if you need one.

Luncheon seminars (free of charge) will be held during the conference. Please come to the venue with a "Luncheon Seminar Ticket", which will be distributed at Entrance Hall of the Conference Hall. Please note that the luncheon seminar will be held at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, not at the Conference Hall.
