At times throughout your course, your instructor may ask you to hold a discussion group with classmates. To submit video evidence of this discussion for your instructor to review, follow these steps:
Organize your group and schedule a time to meet. You can utilize Elms Google Calendar to do this - including adding the option to schedule a Zoom meeting right within the interface.
During this meeting, discuss the etiquette for your Zoom Discussion. Who should take notes? Should cameras be on or off for the full duration of the video? Your instructor may provide additional instructions for you and your group.
Click on the "More" button in the bottom menu bar. Click on "Record"
"Record" brings up two separate options:
If you choose to save your conversation "locally", this will save the video file to your computer. You will need to upload your video to Youtube Studio in order to submit within Moodle.
Saving to the Cloud stores your video on Zoom's servers. This is the best and easiest way to submit a video for your instructor to review.
Once you have the link to your video, post the link to the video into the associated assignment or discussion forum (per your Teacher's instructions)
