The course instructor is responsible for the following:
Making sure that they have finances approved prior to purchase
Ensuring that the product is accessible for students
Reviewing the publisher or vendor's policy on student data
That the product is compatible with Moodle Open LMS Version 3.1
That the vendor offers customer support to the instructor and students- Elms Online Learning will work with the vendor to ensure all plug-ins are installed, however assistance with integration and account issues needs to be provided by the publisher/vendor.
