Exhibitor Registration

The ELMLE 2018 conference will be held this year on Friday and Saturday January 25-26, 2018 at Las Arenas Resort Hotel in Valencia, and we would love to have you join us as an exhibitor for our annual event.

The exhibition will take place on Friday and Saturday January 25 and 26, 2018 at the hotel. Exhibitor tables will be set up Thursday evening, January 24^th in the hotel at a location well suited for best contact between you and the teachers and administrators attending the conference. The exhibits will be taken down on Saturday evening (January 26) before our final reception.

ELMLE exhibitor fees are €375 for the first table and €150 for additional tables. The price of the first table includes coffees, lunches, and our final Saturday evening reception for one representative, so please make your travel plans accordingly in order to stay with us for the last evening as well. If another representative attends, there is a fee of €175 to cover meals and the reception.

ELMLE's New Conference App - Connect with our attendees!

Thank you for your past and continued support of the teachers, administrators and schools who attend ELMLE each year to discuss the best practice and share research pertinent to teaching middle school students. The services and products you provide to students in the classroom is invaluable and much appreciated by our conference attendees. This year we are relaunching our interactive mobile conference app.

The new app will allow exhibitors to not only attend and meet face to face but also use the built-in attendee data to interact prior to, during, and following the conference. This is a service we will offer all exhibitors as part of the registration process. We do have two new options to help extend your market and make new contacts. There is a nominal fee involved for each of these extended services but we believe the Splash page and Banner ads will raise the connections exhibitors seek.

Banner Ads with your Logo (linked to your info) featured on the lower third of highly visited pages within the app that will demonstrate your support and service to ELMLE. Limited to 10 adverts €150.

Splash page Full screen advertisement along with conference logo. When the app is opened or refreshed the splash screen is shown. This high exposure app advert is limited to one app sponsor and includes a complimentary banner ad. €500
