The Elmira College Center for Pre-Law Advising offers students a wide range of services, including:

STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES & EVENTS: Our program offers a variety of seminars, workshops, panels, and even a Legal Studies Major to provide insight into the work of lawyers and the demands of a legal career, legal education, and anticipating law school. We support summer internship opportunities, can assist you with Law School Admission Test ("LSAT") preparation, review your application materials, and introduce you to courses requiring you to step into the shoes of a lawyer by participating in a moot court or mock trial. We also gladly support Elmira College's Pre-Law Student Association, Competitive Mock Trial Team, and the "Elmira Hall" of Phi Delta Phi.

UNDERGRADUATE PLANNING: Our advisors provide a full range of information, counseling, and other services to help you plan your legal career, including: course selection, resume building, LSAT preparation, and more!

ADMISSIONS: We offer one-on-one help in all aspects of the law school application process, including school selection, wait-list issues, disciplinary issues, negotiating scholarships, advising on dual degree opportunities, and more.
