Welcome to the website of York Community High School's Interact Club! Interact Club is the high school branch of Rotary International and shares Rotary's motto of "service above self." York Interact Club works closely with and is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Elmhurst. We are one of the three service clubs at York.

Throughout each year, York Interact Club volunteers and fundraises for a few student-selected charities. You can see some of the organizations we have supported in the past here. We are always looking for new groups to help, and if you have ideas, please let us know at a meeting or by filling out the form here. Join us to discover exciting volunteer opportunities, make new friends, gain leadership experience, and create positive change! We are open to everyone, and new members are always welcome.

Check out what we accomplished last year!

On Thursday, January 23, Interact members filled twenty-two bags to be distributed to homeless people at the PADS Shelter.

Participated in this year's Walk to End Alzheimer's in Chicago to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research

Led a collection drive during the month of October for used dancewear to benefit Travelling Tutus

Collected materials for PAWS Chicago, an organization focused on sheltering and adopting homeless cats and dogs as well as improving the way these animals are treated

"Adopted" local families during the holidays, purchasing and wrapping gifts for them
