Adobe Color CC allows you to find preset color schemes using the Explore feature. You can also create your own color scheme using the Create function. Save your favorite color schemes in My Themes.

When trying to match a color that you see on your screen, you will need to use the ColorPick Eyedropper extension. You can download that here.
This extension helps you identify the color's hex number, which is standard across most internet sites. Follow the animated gif at the right to see a visual of the process.
In most Google products, the paint bucket tools is where you will insert the hex numbers to create a custom color. The paint bucket is located on the editing toolbar at the top of the screen.
