If needed, how can students and parents receive Technology Support?

Parents and students are urged to contact the teacher(s) or case manager(s) for curricular or instructional questions.

For technical support, help will be available from school and District 205 technology staff by emailing ELearningHelp@elmhurst205.org. This email is operational Monday-Friday and actively monitored throughout working hours and extended evening hours. When an email is submitted, a work ticket will be created and assigned to the appropriate staff member.
