Step 1 - Post Hire Information
Please click the "Post Hire Information" button above and login to your application profile. This should be where you originally applied for your position. You should see the status for "post-hire information" listed as "incomplete". Please enter your confidential information and save!
Step 2 - Background Check
Please CLICK the "Required Background Check" button listed above to complete your required Background Check. This should be completed within 24 hours of your offer of hire.
**Please note: you do not need to complete the background check if you are under the age of (18)**
Step 3 - Required Pre-Employment Physical
Step 4 - New Hire Paperwork
All forms are required and include both new hire information forms and payroll documenation. You will notice when completing the forms that any non mandatory values will still require you to tab through to complete the form. You must click FINISH at the end of the packet in order to fully submit your forms. You will see a success message indicating your documents have submitted sucessfully! Step 5 - Final Onboarding Meeting
Attention 2025-2026 Teachers! The New Hire Orientation meeting replaces the one on one onboarding meetings. So please disregard step 5!

Please bring form(s) of identification to complete your federal I-9 Verification Form. Employees must provide documentation to their employers to show their identity to work.
If in a benefits eligible position: Please bring the following documentation to enroll in our benefits plan:
Social security card(s) for yourself and any family members you wish to include on your benefits plan.
Marriage certificate, if applicable.
Birth Certificate(s) for children, if applicable.
Top portion of a recent tax filing showing current marital status (financial information can be blacked out)
