You will meet with your evaluator to discuss your SLO and PPG during your beginning-of-year meeting, which takes place in September/October.
Use this template for your SLO, PPG, growth activities, observations, etc. Make a copy, save it with your name, and share it with all of your building administrators. This is your document for your 3-year cycle.
