Meet the Counselors
Bobby Phillips is the School Counselor at Mound View Elementary. I am originally from Hayward, WI. My wife Stacey and I have 3 children.
I attended Graduate School at UW- River Falls and have spent my professional career working for the Elk Mound School District.
I truly enjoy working with the staff and students at Mound View.

Cindy Bourget is the School Counselor at the Elk Mound Middle School. Cindy and her husband Al have 3 children in the Elk Mound School District. After attending UW-River Falls, Cindy worked for UW-Extension and the 4-H and Youth Development Programs while she got her graduate degree in School Counseling from UW-Stout. When she's not hanging out with a great bunch of Elk Mound Middle Schoolers, she loves trying new recipes while listening to murder mystery podcasts.

Hugh Goodrich is the School Counselor at the Elk Mound High School. Hugh is from the northern part of the state (Sugar Camp) and attended St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN to earn his School Counseling Degree. He and his wife, Jennifer, have one son.
Hugh started working at EMHS in August of 2002. He is thankful for his time here in Elk Mound and the relationships he has developed with the students, family, staff and community members here.

Brooke Kaldor the Mental Health Coordinator for the Elk Mound Area School District. She is originally from Exeland, WI. Brooke attended UW- LaCrosse where she earned her psychology degree and continued to UW-Stout to earn her masters in School Counseling. She worked for 17 years as a school counselor in Altoona, where she found her passion for helping students and families.
Brooke spends time in all three Elk Mound Schools and is thrilled to be a part of the Mounder team and community.

Nikki Blaskowski supports all students in the Elk Mound School District. She attended Elk Mound Area School district K-12 and loves being back!
She graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout for undergraduate and graduate school. Fun fact, she also teaches art for grades 5-8 along with introduction to art and ceramics at the high school.
