Of course! The rate is $100per hour for up to 20 guests, with a $75 nonrefundable security deposit required to reserve the space.
You are welcome to bring light hors d'oeuvres and beverages. Champagne is the only alcoholic beverage permitted on the premises. The space may be used for wedding-related events or other gatherings. Decorations are not included but can be added as part of a custom package.
We kindly ask that the space be cleaned after the event. Any damages are the responsibility of the couple.
Please book your ceremony with me before applying for your marriage license, as my information must be included on the application. There is a mandatory three-day waiting period before the license is issued. Once you receive your license, you may proceed with your ceremony. Please confirm with the Registrar's Office how long the license remains valid after issuance.
Completed marriage licenses are returned within 24–72 hours following the ceremony. For ceremonies held on Saturdays and Sundays, documents are typically sent out on Monday.
Processing times can vary depending on the county and the volume of licenses being handled at the time. FedEx typically delivers the completed license to the County Clerk’s Office within a few days, after which processing times may differ by county.
We recommend confirming the expected timeline during your marriage license appointment for the most accurate information.
A marriage license is a document you must obtain from the county clerk before marriage. A marriage certificate is a document that proves you are married.
