I Thee Wed cannot issue marriage licenses. You must obtain the marriage license from a county Marriage License Bureau in the state where you will be married.
Of course! The rate is $150 per hour for a group of 20 or less. A security deposit of $75 is required. You can bring lite Hors d'oeures and beverages. The space can be used with or outside of a wedding event. Decorations are not included, but can be discussed as a package. Clean-up is required and responsible by the wedding party. Any damage items are the responsibility of the couple.
There usually is a three-day waiting period before the marriage license becomes valid. After that date, you can book your ceremony. You can even book for the next day if we have availability.
Completed marriage licenses will be mailed via FedEx the next business day. Ceremonies and Sign n’ Go services performed on Saturdays and Sundays will be sent out that Monday.
This all depends on how many licenses the county office must process at that time. FedEx usually delivers the license to the county office within a few days. Then the time frame varies from county to county. This is an excellent question to ask during your marriage application meeting.
A marriage license is a document you must obtain from the county clerk before marriage. A marriage certificate is a document that proves you are married.
