An Apostille Agent is a certified notary that authenticates the origin of a public document. It is required when a document issued in one country needs to be used in another *Hague country. 

To complete the process, Elizabeth-NSA LLC can notarize your documents to eliminate delays in the Notary Certificate verification process.  

If the documents have been notarized, we can collect your original documents and provide them to the 

Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services for review and Apostille approval.  

This process provides the documents which exist in the United States to be processed to the supported Hague countries.

*Hague Convention Countries are the countries that participate in the Apostille Convention 

(Hague Treaty Convention 12) and the convention is in force with the United States of America. 

NOTE

VITAL STATISTICS which include Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage Certificates and/or Divorce Decrees. These cannot be apostilled or legalized unless they are original document(s). 

Copies will not be accepted for Vital Statistic documents. If you need to order certified copies, go to www.VitalCheck.com. Once you have the original documents, please contact me once you have received the original document(s) to be Apostille. 

Please note that all Vital Statistic document must be STATE ISSUED. If any Vital Statistic document is Local/County issued document it will be rejected by the Secretary of State.
