An Apostille Courier is a notary who provides a service to deliver and return documents ONLY which require an apostille certificate in the State of New Jersey. The first step is to request a flag for each document.  This is process is performed at the county level. There will be a cost required for each flag.

A flag is a verification letter which confirms that the notary which notarized the documents commission id is in Good Standing.  The apostille documents are then delivered to the Secretary of State to receive the apostille certificate.  The specialized certificate issued by the Secretary of State is to verify the legitimacy and authenticity of the original or copy certified document(s).

In the State of Pennsylvania, the documents are verified directly at the Secretary of State office.  There is no need of verification at the county level.  It is determined by the Apostille Agent of the return delivery location.  All fees (County level, Secretary of State and return location of document(s)) are all paid up front by the Apostille Agent.

An Transportation Worker Identification Credential, also known as TWIC®, is required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act for workers who need access to secure areas of the nation’s maritime facilities and vessels. TSA conducts a security threat assessment (background check) to determine a person’s eligibility and issues the credential. U.S. citizens and immigrants in certain immigration categories may apply for the credential. 

An Independent Contractor Courier, is responsible for delivering a wide variety of items to different addresses, following routes and schedules, loading and unloading cargo, and operating a delivery vehicle.  We also collect payments, inform customers about new products and services, and adhere to safety standards.  We service the New Jersey and Pennsylvania counties.
