Apostille

Apostille is a certification that authenticates the origin of a public document. It is required when a document issued in one country needs to be used in another *Hague country. 

To complete the process, Elizabeth-NSA LLC will collect your **original notarized documents and provide them to the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services for review and Apostille approval.  We accept Apostille request to Hague countries.

*Hague Convention Countries are the countries that participate in the Apostille Convention (Hague Treaty Convention 12) and the convention is in force with the United States of America. 

**Elizabeth-NSA LLC can notarize your original documents.  This eliminates delays in receiving the Notary Certificate during the County Clerk Notary verification process.

VITAL STATISTICS Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates and/or Divorce Decrees. These cannot be apostilled or legalized unless they are originals. Copies will not be accepted. If you need to order certified copies, go to www.VitalCheck.com. Once you have the original documents, we can work with them and get your documents Apostilled. 

Please note that Death Certificates muse be STATE ISSUED. If a Death Certificate is Local it will not be accepted.
