ACC Connect is Austin Community College District’s way of helping students make a confident and informed decision about higher education with a focus on ACC enrollment. As an ACC Connect high school, we have a dedicated ACC team member on campus throughout the school year to support the direct-to-college efforts of graduating seniors. Since 2000, College Possible has helped empower more than 80,000 students from under-represented communities on their path to a college degree. Through their college access and success program, eligible students receive at least six years of near-peer coaching support to navigate and overcome the most common barriers to getting into and through college.
