**In the state of Utah, the only psychiatric condition that qualifies you for a Medical Cannabis Card is PTSD.
PTSD is also the most difficult condition to qualify under, as you need a formal diagnosis from the VA, a psychiatrist, or a psychologist.
This may dismay you if you are looking to qualify with anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions--but please read the other qualifying conditions and see if any of them apply to you. **
*Unfortunately, at this time, Elevated Therapeutics of Utah does not currently have any QMPs who are accepting Compassionate Use Board (CUB) applicants. Please visit the state's QMP locator to find a QMP who will help you with your CUB application.
