personal DISPUTE resolution

mediation

Embarking on a journey of resolution need not be daunting or costly. At Elenix, we understand the complexities of conflict and dispute and we're here to offer you a compassionate alternative – conflict resolution/mediation in parenting, property or workplace conflict.

Picture this: a half-day dispute resolution/mediation service, lasting 4 hours, guided by an accredited mediator committed to impartiality and recognised nationally. Our conflict resolution/mediation process is not just a service; it's a confidential and accessible online experience tailored to your unique needs.

So, how does the conflict resolution journey unfold?

It starts with a simple step – the first party reaching out to Elenix to propose dispute resolution/mediation and sharing details about the second party. From there, we delicately approach the second party, gauging their readiness for this transformative process.

Both parties undergo individual intake sessions, creating a space for a thorough evaluation of their needs and a determination of conflict resolution/mediation's suitability. Fear not, for any information disclosed during these sessions remains guarded and not revealed to the other party.

For those venturing into property conflict resolution/mediation, an optional pre-mediation session awaits. Individually scheduled, this session solidifies readiness and ensures the exchange of necessary financial information. Just like the intake sessions, the information shared here is held in the strictest confidence.

Then comes the pivotal moment – a jointly scheduled conflict resolution/mediation date, conducted online and facilitated by a neutral, accredited mediator. Should both parties have legal representation, their lawyers may join as advisors, under the discerning eye of the mediator.

If an agreeable resolution emerges during mediation, our mediator stands ready to craft a document summarising the resolutions, shared with both parties.

But what if legal documentation is needed post-mediation? Elenix is here to guide you further. Upon request, we can connect you with a third-party lawyer for additional legal support, ensuring your resolutions find their place in binding documents like consent orders.

Parenting mediation

At Elenix, we understand the delicate nature of parenting matters and while we may not currently offer Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), our commitment to supporting you remains unwavering.

In situations where a Section 60I Certificate under the Family Law Act is necessary, we can guide you seamlessly to a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) who can provide the assistance you need.

Now, if your heart is set on mediating parenting matters and the formalities of a Section 60I Certificate aren't a requirement for you, Elenix steps in to offer its service. We're not just here to mediate; we're here to understand the emotional nuances that come with parenting disputes.

Picture a journey with Elenix where your concerns are met with empathy, where the complexities of parenting are approached with a compassionate touch. While we may not issue Section 60I Certificates, our focus is on providing a conflict resolution/mediation experience that goes beyond paperwork, reaching the heart of the matter – your family's well-being.
