We kindly request that mediation and session fees be settled at the time of booking. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and if you need to reschedule, we appreciate receiving a 48-hour notice to accommodate your needs. Please note that no refunds are offered for booked services, but they can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. We value your understanding and cooperation.
